These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply between:

(Hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us", "Our" or "Doamabijoux"), and any individual of legal age acting exclusively for personal purposes, who visits the website www.doamabijoux.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and/or makes a purchase from Doamabijoux (hereinafter referred to as "You", "Your", the "User" or the "Visitor").

We ask that You carefully read this Agreement (as defined below) before using the Website and/or placing any order with Doamabijoux, as this Agreement affects Your rights and obligations.

By using the Website and/or placing an order, You acknowledge that You have read and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You disagree with any of its provisions, You are not authorized to use all or part of the Website and/or place any order.

1.2 Scope of the Agreement

Your use of the Website and/or any purchase made from Doamabijoux is expressly and exclusively governed by (I) these Terms, (II) Our Data Protection Policy, and (III) any other terms and conditions published or otherwise referenced on the Website from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement"). Please note that, in the event of any conflict and unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms shall prevail over any other terms and conditions referred to in section (III) above.

1.3 Amendments to the Agreement

This Agreement may be reviewed, updated or otherwise amended, in whole or in part, at any time. When You place an order on the Website, the applicable Terms are those in effect on the date Your order is registered.

1.4 Certificates

As indicated in the product description section, all jewelry delivered by Us comes with a certificate of authenticity and warranty issued by Doamabijoux. This certificate describes the specific characteristics of each piece, including the gemstone name, cut, carat weight, dimensions, colors, metal type and weight in grams.

The certificate will be provided in French (or in the language of the country of purchase).

Article 2: Prices and Payment

2.1 Product Prices

The prices of Our products are displayed in euros, including all applicable taxes. We invite You to consult Our Shipping page for further information regarding any shipping costs or additional handling fees that may apply. Where applicable, these charges will be indicated during checkout. This information applies to shipments within France.


2.2 Orders Outside France

For any order shipped to a country other than France, You are considered the importer of the product(s) ordered. For all products shipped outside the European Union, prices will automatically be calculated inclusive of taxes on invoices issued to individual customers, and exclusive of taxes for business customers.

Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or government charges may apply. These fees are beyond Our control and are not Our responsibility. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any such duties or taxes to the relevant authorities or organizations. We recommend contacting the appropriate authorities in Your country for further information.


2.3 Invoicing

An invoice will be issued and sent to You upon receipt of Your order by Us (see Article 3.2.3 below).


2.4 Payment Methods

All orders must be paid in euros, by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or any other payment method offered by Shopify.


2.5 Price Changes

Doamabijoux reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice, subject to Article 1.3 above and fluctuations in precious metal prices. Products already ordered will remain invoiced at the prices applicable at the time the order was placed.


2.6 Order Payment

You may pay for Your orders using the following methods:

  • (I) PayPal
  • (II) Bank transfer: To arrange payment by bank transfer, You must contact Our customer service team to obtain Our bank details.
  • (III) Credit card
  • Any other secure payment method offered by Shopify


2.7 Late Payment

In the event of non-payment of any amount due by its payment deadline (as stated on the invoice sent to You, in accordance with Article 2.3 above), We reserve the right to automatically apply late payment interest, without prior notice, at a rate equal to 1.5 times the statutory interest rate then in force, calculated from the date payment was due until full payment has been received.


Article 3: Orders and Delivery

3.1 Eligibility to Place an Order

By placing an order, You declare that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to place and fulfill an order, or that You have parental authorization allowing You to do so and can provide proof of such authorization upon Our request at any time;
  • You are an individual acting for personal purposes, meaning that any order You place corresponds to the normal needs of a private consumer.


3.2 Placing an Order

3.2.1 Ordering Methods

3.2.2 Specific Conditions for Placing an Order on the Website

We will only acknowledge receipt of Your order once the following steps have been completed:

Step 1

You must provide all the required information, including:

  • Your first and last name;
  • Your contact details (telephone number and email address);
  • Your full billing address (for security reasons, We require that the billing address matches the address registered with Your card issuer, in order to protect You against potential fraudulent use);
  • Your full delivery address (P.O. boxes are not accepted);
  • Your chosen payment method.

Step 2

To validate Your order, You must:

  • Review the information You have entered and correct any errors;
  • Tick the checkbox confirming that You have read and unconditionally accepted the Agreement;
  • Click "Validate".

Step 3

After validating Your order, You must confirm it once again as a precautionary measure. To do so, You must:

  • Review the details of Your order, including the total price;
  • Click "Confirm".


3.2.3 Order Confirmation

Once Your order has been registered on the Website, We will acknowledge receipt and notify You within a maximum of 2 (two) business days. Doamabijoux is only bound by the order once this confirmation has been sent. Doamabijoux reserves the right to refuse any order placed by a User for legitimate reasons, particularly where there are doubts or disputes concerning payment for a previous order.


3.2.4 Changes to Your Order

Changes Requested by You

Until Your purchases have been dispatched (of which We will notify You, as described below), You may modify all or part of Your order, including adding or removing one or more products. Any modification will be treated as a new order, entirely canceling and replacing the previous one. The new order must follow the ordering procedure described above to be accepted by Doamabijoux. This option to modify an order does not apply to products personalized at Your request.

Changes Made by Us Due to Product Unavailability

Our product offers and prices are valid while stocks last. If any product You have ordered becomes unavailable, We undertake to replace it with a product of equal or superior quality without changing the price of Your order. We will inform You as soon as We become aware of the unavailability, notify You of any revised delivery timeframe and, in all cases, give You the option to cancel Your order.

We also reserve the right to cancel all or part of an order in the event of a failure by one of Our suppliers (gemstone cutter, metal caster, plating specialist, stone setter, etc.), or in cases of force majeure.

We will notify You as soon as We become aware of such circumstances and refund any amounts You have already paid in connection with the canceled order or the affected part of the order.
