Rings and bracelets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded as they are made to order based on the size requested.

On the other hand, necklaces and earrings purchased on the site, if they are in perfect condition ( without scratches, without stains, fractures, various defects or any other types of marks, according to the estimate of Doamabijoux, provided that you have sent me the photos before their return to my address), they can be exchanged, taken back and refunded within 14 days, with a request to be sent to me by email beforehand with the photos of the jewelry and the purchase receipt.

The methods and costs of shipping any returns and resends will be at your expense.
